We are absolutely delighted to share that Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice has been recognised as a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for cleanliness by North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust.
Following our 5 star certification from NTH, which follow the same standards as the NHS, we have been awarded with their first and only Centre of Excellence Award. Meaning we are seen as an example to help lead the way for other healthcare providers.
Graeme Kelly, Assistant Director Decontamination services, said:
“I can genuinely say that Noah’s Ark is top of the tree in regards to team understanding and delivery of service, to ensure infection prevention is paramount. This is clearly reflected in the teams’ standards including the maintenance of the environment and cleanliness standards achieved.
It would be an understatement to say we were impressed; the Noah’s Ark Housekeeping team and the standards they achieve with drive, passion and dedication is clear for all to see.”
