About the event
Now in its 15th year, the Henley Triathlon has become one of the most popular triathlon events in the UK. The event comprises a 400m swim, followed by a 25km cycle and then a 5km run to the finish. ” The Henley Triathlon prides itself on its inclusive nature, welcoming athletes of all ages and skills. Novice triathletes find encouragement alongside seasoned professionals, creating a supportive environment that foster personal growth and achievement.
By taking on a challenge event you’ll help us support over 350 babies, children and young people who are seriously unwell – helping them, and their families, to make the most of every day.

Our Events Team is here to support you with every aspect of your challenge. We can talk you through the sign-up process, provide training plans and fundraising materials, and we’ll answer your questions every step of the way.We’ll also send you a Noah’s Ark t-shirt!
