Become a Champion

When you share, families feel the difference.

In the final 36 hours of our autumn appeal, something powerful happens: Supporters across our community step up, share their pages, and ask their networks to give.

These people are Champions - and we can’t reach our £1 million target without them.

What does it mean to be a Champion?

Champions are set up with a personal fundraising page and commit to sharing it during the most important moment of the appeal:

10am on Sunday 12 October to 10pm on Monday 13 October.

During this 36-hour window, every donation to your page will be matched £ for £. That means a simple act - sending a WhatsApp, posting on Instagram, emailing a friend - can go twice as far in helping children and families feel supported, seen, and not alone.

You don’t need a big platform - just a big heart. Whether you raise £100 or £10,000, your efforts are critical. As a Champion, you’re part of a team lifting this campaign across the finish line.

Why it matters

Your voice carries further than you think.

In last year’s campaign, Champions raised thousands simply by sharing their story and inviting others to be part of something meaningful.

Want to do even more?

Some Champions also choose to fundraise before the 36-hour push - by hosting an event, taking on a challenge, or getting their workplace or school involved.

We’ll help you do it your way - and cheer you on every step of the way.

A few words before you take the next step

You might be one person - but to the families we support, your voice will mean the world.

When you share, you bring others in. When you ask, people give.  And when they do, their kindness is doubled

Together, we’ll help more children live with joy, comfort and care - from that moment, and every moment after.
