Events for the Whole Family
We know how isolating it can feel to have a child with a life-limiting or life-threatening condition.
Here at Noah’s Ark, we believe it’s important to support the whole family to enjoy life. Every moment is precious, and it’s our mission to help families make the most of every day. With our support families can enjoy things they never thought possible.
A Wide Range of Activities
Our Family Activities Team really know how to put on an event. Four times a year our team organise a Family Day, where we invite the whole family to enjoy a special themed day out at The Ark. From a Winter Wonderland complete with a Santa’s Grotto and ice-skating rink to our Summer Noah Fest with fun craft activities, entertainers, and a visit from the local Fire Brigade we really do offer the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun day out. The care team are on hand throughout the day offering support and a friendly face to make your family feel safe.
In addition, we also offer other unique events, such as Afternoon Tea at The Ark hosted by The Dorchester, a Sensory Light show, and organised trips out.
Quarterly Calendar of Activities - in addition to events that we host at The Ark we also organise a wide range of visits to other venues.
We provide activities on a first-come, first-served basis as places are limited. Once you are referred to Noah’s Ark our Family Activities team will email you the calendar every three months and invite you to email/post your booking requests to the team. This will include the full list of activities that we offer.
