ROLE DESCRIPTION

Through our recently launched three-year strategy, ‘Making the Most of Every Day’, we have
committed to a laser focus on improving the quality of life and experience of death of those we
support – we need to ensure that as we scale, our commitment to this core mission remains
unwavering. Indeed, during this period we also plan to double the number of those benefitting
from our services during this period. We will also raise profile, diversify our income and renew our
efforts to ensure we are a supportive and inclusive employer and service provider.

We are looking for up to three new trustees to complement our existing board and support our
senior leaders to help ensure Noah’s Ark realises the bold ambitions overviewed in this strategy,
and beyond.

ABOUT YOU

You will be a skilled and passionate individual with a strong strategic vision. In addition to your
statutory duties, you will use your specific skills, knowledge or experience to help the board of
trustees reach sound decisions. This may involve scrutinising board papers, leading discussions,
focusing on key issues, providing advice and guidance on new initiatives, or other issues in
which you have special expertise.

You will help drive our strategy, ask the right questions, and constructively support our CEO and
Senior Leadership Team
