Noah’s Ark supports families living in the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Camden and Islington, and Hertsmere. We appreciate as much flexibility as possible and will take on board volunteers’ preferences regarding location when being matched with a family.

Time Commitment

1-2 sessions a week plus note writing, Tuesday – Friday for a minimum of 12 months.

We are looking for a Community Musician Volunteer to support our Therapies Team in the delivery of effective group music groups to babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their siblings in our state-of-the-art children’s hospice building in Barnet. This role involves flexible working hours to include some evening and weekend work.


Qualities/ experience/ skills needed:


  • Experience of working with children and young people is essential for this role
  • Patience and empathy, good communication and listening skills
  • Interest in music making, experience in using music technology preferable
  • Experience of working as part of a team
